Resident files class-action lawsuit after Florida condo collapse, NBC reports

MIAMI – As the death toll climbs to four in a Florida condo collapse, a resident filed a class action lawsuit within 24 hours of the fatal incident, NBC News reports.

The lawsuit was filed Thursday night by Manuel Drezner, a resident of Champlain Towers South in Miami-Dade County. The aim of the lawsuit is “to indemnify the victims of this unfathomable loss,” according to NBC News.
